TUMULT: ZUMBI NIGHT – PRÍNCIPE 15 YEARS

The Periphery Strikes Back!
DJ Marfox · DJ Danifox · Helviofox (Príncipe, Lisbon) & Tumult DJs

Friday 30 October, Lilla Fållan 22:00-03:00

This Halloween comes from the bairros of Lisbon, bringing its rebel Angolan roots: the Zumbi that eats the empire and makes it his own. Kuduro, funaná, house and a cracked FL Studio, all devoured and reborn as Batida.

Marfox, the legend behind Príncipe's very first record, describes it as "the beating of your heart in a car crash." Danifox's Ansiedade brought it to Pitchfork's and RA's best-of-2023 lists. Helviofox is its cunning new blood.

Dress as the dead, not as a continent, and follow Batida: the beat, the blow, a knock at Stockholm's Halloween door... with three generations of Príncipe foxes: trick or treat.
