Toy Tonics doesn't do filler dates. 160+ shows a year, twenty countries, residencies at rooms like Panorama Bar in Berlin, Phonox and the Jazz Cafe in London, Nitsa in Barcelona, Apollo in Milan - and this October, Stockholm made the cut.

The label started in Berlin as an argument against the template: house and disco played by musicians, not assembled from loops. Real piano, real bass, real chords - then cut up, sampled and thrown back onto the floor as something wilder. Their sound doesn't sit still in one genre. A set can open on deep, jazzy house, swerve into Italo disco, pick up an Afrobeat rhythm, land on a funk edit you've never heard, and still feel like one continuous idea. That's the label's whole ethos: house as a starting point, not a cage… built to move people rather than just play for them.

A decade and 190-plus EPs later, that argument turned into one of the most travelled club movements in Europe - a sound that's just as at home in the Panorama Bar booth as it is anywhere else. And the reason people fly to other cities just to catch a Jam.

KAPOTE headlines. The founder, the sound, the one who's been behind the desk since Toy Tonics was a rumor in Berlin. Alongside him: CLEEEO, BOGEYMAN and SILJA ELLIS, carrying the night through disco heat, Italo flashes and the kind of funk-sprung edits that made Toy Tonics a sound of its own.
