The Streets

The Streets will perform the entire album A Grand Don’t Come for Free at Fållan in Stockholm on November 11!

‍The Streets is the musical project of Mike Skinner and broke through to a wide audience with Original Pirate Material in 2002. The follow-up, A Grand Don’t Come for Free, was originally released in 2004 and remains one of the most important and influential British albums of the 2000s. It debuted at number one on the UK charts, went platinum, and featured several now-classic singles such as Dry Your Eyes, Fit but You Know It, and Blinded by the Lights. The record cemented Skinner as one of the UK’s most original and significant voices, capturing humor, heartbreak, and the raw emotions of everyday life with unusual poetic sharpness.

On the upcoming tour, The Streets will perform the album in full for the first time, giving audiences the chance to experience the entire story exactly as it was intended—a cinematic journey through love, loss, chaos, heartbreak, and hope. In addition to playing the album from start to finish, the show will also include carefully selected highlights from Mike Skinner’s catalog.
