Swedish masters of melancholy, KATATONIA, will embark on an epic headlining tour through Europe in the winter of 2025! With three exclusive stops in Sweden, we are gearing up to welcome the metal band in Gothenburg, Karlstad, and Stockholm!

After releasing their acclaimed debut album, Sky Void of Stars, in 2023, an album that topped soundchecks in publications such as Rock Hard and Legacy Magazine, KATATONIA has continued to fascinate listeners worldwide. With their unique fusion of melodic death metal and atmospheric post-rock, they have cemented their place as one of the most boundary-pushing bands in the genre.

Last year, they completed a massive European tour alongside Sólstafir and SOM – and now, it's time to return to the stage. The tour begins in Finland, spans 31 major cities, and culminates in a grand finale in Stockholm on December 20th.
On the Waking State of Europe tour, KATATONIA will be joined by Evergrey and Klogr from Italy, making for a perfectly fitting lineup for long, dark winter evenings.
