Extreme returns to Stockholm for the first time in 34 years to kick off the summer at Fållan!

Extreme, one of the most dynamic rock bands, emerged in the late ’80s and early ’90s. With explosive riffs, powerful vocals, and innovative songwriting, they have sold over 10 million albums worldwide and created some of the genre’s most iconic songs.

The band – Gary Cherone (vocals), Nuno Bettencourt (guitar), Pat Badger (bass), and Kevin Figueiredo (drums) – broke through with the groundbreaking album Pornograffitti (1990), which gave the world chart-topping hit “More Than Words,” as well as rock classics like “Hole Hearted” and “Decadence Dance.” The success continued with the ambitious III Sides to Every Story and the heavier Waiting for the Punchline, before Extreme made a strong comeback with Saudades de Rock (2008). In 2023, they were once again widely acclaimed with the album Six.

At the center is guitar phenomenon Nuno Bettencourt, one of the very finest guitarists of his generation, whose unique combination of speed, groove, and melodic finesse has inspired musicians around the world.
