Bright Eyes began in 1995 in a basement in Omaha as a recording name for then 15-year-old Conor Oberst and his collaboration with producer/multi-instrumentalist Mike Mogis. Later, Nate Walcott also joined what would become a trio that has soundtracked countless lives over the years. The last time we saw them on Swedish soil was at Way Out West 2022, where the band gave one of the festival's most talked-about performances. If you weren't there, you'll have another chance to experience the magic this fall when Bright Eyes takes the stage at Fållan in Stockholm on November 18.
In its 29 years, Bright Eyes' impact has been significant in popular culture, appearing in countless films and TV shows. Their songs have been covered by dozens of artists, including Lorde, The Killers, Mac Miller, Phoebe Bridgers, Jason Mraz, and beabadoobee, and have been sampled by rappers like Young Thug and Lil Peep. For a band often perceived as outsiders, the depth, breadth, and influence of their discography are remarkable.
The concert is organized by Luger.
