How else can one explain that the Irish trio – initially armed with nothing more than acoustic guitars, a mandolin, and their voices – managed to sell out tours around the world and surpass 100 million streams before even releasing an album?

At first glance, the music may seem simple — stripped-back folk music built around acoustic instruments and close harmonies – but members Robbie Cunningham, Oisín McCaffrey, and Ross McNerney navigate stories of nostalgia, loss, longing, and love with crystal-clear precision. Last year finally saw the release of their long-awaited debut album Reverie – and it did not disappoint.
